What are we looking for in a practitioner?

• Knowledge of documentation for insurance requirements
• Experience with and desire to support pediatric clients
• Respectful of all clients, staff, and contractors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – detailed and can break things down for clients when needed
• Experience with any EMR/EHR
• Excellent timeliness and time management
• Willingness to grow with a small company
• Flexibility with scheduling when needed. What does this mean?
  • Cancellations and reschedules occur regularly in private practice; we ask that practitioners do their best to accommodate.
  • You do not have to accommodate reschedules on your off days unless you choose to.
  • You will never be required to cover for another practitioner’s absence. Management may ask for coverage, but declining coverage does not affect your position.
  • You will never be asked to work during paid/sick time off.
