Suzan Hasan-Perez, MHS, CCC-SLP/L
Speech Therapist, CEO
Suzan Hasan-Perez, MHS, CCC-SLP/L is the founder and owner of Beyond Milestones Therapy with over 15 years of extensive experience in pediatric and educational speech-language therapy. She is bilingual in Arabic, and adept in alternative and augmentative communication devices. Suzan Perez has served her clients and the community in a variety of settings including home therapy, hospitals, outpatient therapy, Early Intervention, and school-based services, and worked with various diagnoses, disorders, and difficulties. She has also provided mentorship for student interns and clinical fellows, helping them grow into successful SLPs.
In her free time, Suzan loves spending time with her family, reading, doing yoga, taking walks outdoors, and seeing new sights! She is beyond grateful to every client, family, employee, and collaborator for their support in her clinic.
Clare Rohan, MS, CCC-SLP/L
Speech Therapist
Clare Rohan is a passionate speech-language pathologist with over 5 years of clinical experience dedicated to assessing and treating pediatric populations in home, clinic, and school environments. She holds her Masters of Science in Speech, Language, and Learning, as well as the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence. Clare tailors programming for individual and group therapy sessions aimed at client empowerment and success. Clare has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, hearing loss and auditory processing disorders, voice disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, and expressive and receptive language delays. She has experience with American Sign Language, low-tech and high-tech alternative and augmentative communication devices, and picture-exchange communication systems.
In her free time, Clare loves to relax at home with her husband, son, and two dogs. She also loves pilates, interior decorating, and cozying up with a good mystery book at the end of the day.
Marwa Ramadan
Business Manager
Marwa Ramadan is our dedicated business manager, maintaining the clinic’s facilities and managing client relationships, human resources, marketing, social media, and partnerships & collaborations. She appreciates the opportunity to contribute to an environment where harmony and creativity are key parts in client treatment, and family education is intentional and mindful. Marwa is excited to see the company grow as well as expand with it as she moves into graduate school for social work.
Outside of work, Marwa enjoys playing video games, performing in musicals and plays, taking relaxing outdoor walks, cuddling with her cat, and trying new foods!
